Healthy Late Night Snacking

Whatever the reason you’re up late, the midnight munchies arise! 

Here are some of our favorite late-night snacks sure to fill you up without all the junk. 

  • Snack Roll-Ups: This easy-filling snack can be sweet or savory! 
  • Sweet: whole wheat tortilla, peanut butter, banana, granola & honey. Roll it up, slice like sushi and enjoy 
  • Savory: Whole wheat tortilla, sliced turkey, hummus, bell pepper slices. Roll it up, slice like sushi and enjoy 
  • Popcorn:  

Popcorn is an excellent high fiber snack; just be sure not to load it with extra salt and butter 

  • Cheese and crackers 

Whole wheat crackers and slices of your favorite cheese is a calcium-rich way to keep away hunger pains 

  • Yogurt & Granola 
  • Choose greek yogurt and whole wheat granola for added protein and fiber 
  • Pita chips and hummus 
  • High in protein, fiber, and flavor  
  • Chips and Guacamole  
  • Good fats to keep you full overnight 

Whatever you choose, make sure to include a mix of protein, fats, and carbohydrates (and some fruits and veggies) for a well-balanced snack sure to make you feel good!
